These coins are unique in their shape, as they have the appearance of a silver ingot, yet, still have a face value.
Design of the East India Company Silver Bullion Bar
Each bar features the words 'St. Helena' at the top. Just below are the coin's face value of £10 (GBP), and the year of minting.
The center of the coin features an image of King Charles III or Queen Elizabeth II. Below the Queen or King's portrait are the coin's face value of 250 grams, and the coin's silver content. These coins have a purity of 999. The bottom of the coin features the words 'HM King Charles III" or HM Queen Elizabeth II".
The reverse side of the coin features the official East India Company logo at the top, with the words 'The East India Company London' located below. An image of a ship at sea is located on the bottom of the bar.
