Design of the St. Helena Virtues Coinbar

Each coinbar features a portrait image of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II or His Majesty King Charles III on the front, with the words 'St Helena' written on the top of the coin. The coin's face value of £10 and year of minting, 2022 are also located at the top of the coin. At the bottom of the rectangular coin is its size of 10 Troy Ounces and its purity of 999. At the very bottom of the coin are written the words 'HM Queen Elizabeth II' or 'HM King Charles III'.

On the reverse side of the coinbar is an image that may vary depending on the year of the bar's release. The most common design is that of a winged angel carrying a palm leaf in her hand. On the top of the bar, the words 'Victory Through Harmony' are inscribed, and on the top right is the East India Company logo. 

These bars are unique in that, although they are shaped like a silver ingot or bar, they have a legal tender value which makes them a coin.
