2024 Armenian Noah's Ark Coin Design

Now in its 13th year of production, the 2024 Noah's Ark silver coin continues to celebrate the biblical tale of Noah's Ark. Each coin is adorned with the iconic depiction of Noah's Ark afloat on the floods, with the sun casting its hopeful rays over the peaks of Mount Ararat and a dove of peace bearing an olive branch in flight. The coin's rim is elegantly inscribed with 'Noah's Ark' in both English and Armenian.

On the reverse, the Armenian coat of arms takes pride of place, flanked by the guardian lion facing east and the vigilant eagle gazing westward. The shield they protect bears the image of Mount Ararat, central to the nation's lore. Below this emblem is the legal tender value of 500 Dram and the year of minting—2024. To the side, the coin's weight and 999 fineness are meticulously noted, surrounded by 'Republic of Armenia' in English and Armenian.
