The bar is part of the PAMP Fortuna series, produced by PAMP, one of Switzerland's most prominent precious metals refinery. The PAMP Fortuna series of bars was the first series of retail bars to depict an artistic image on the front of the bar.
PAMP produces the Fortuna platinum bar in 1 gram, 5 gram, 1 ounce and 10 ounce sizes.
The bar features an image of Lady Fortuna on the front. The reverse of the bar contains the name, weight, fineness and serial number of the bar. Each bar comes individually sealed in its own plastic certicard, which also verifies the authenticity and serial number of the bar.
The PAMP Fortuna series is available in gold, silver, platinum, palladium and rhodium. Bars range in size from 1 gram to 1 kilogram, however the 1 ounce size is the most popular.
PAMP also produce the Lunar series and the Faith series of bars in addition to the Fortuna series. Both the Lunar and Faith series are available in gold and silver.
